engineered beam installation ("LVL").
Framing is very important to the structural integrity of a house or building, and
is very technical as well due to the requirement to ensure proper loads are carried
throughout a structure.
Proper framing will prevent future problems such as floor sagging.
Framing is the structural backbone to any design and includes removing existing walls as well as adding new walls.
We are experts at moving load-bearing walls and
installing beam (a structural member that carries a load) systems to
replace the load-bearing responsibilities of a wall that is moved by way of a redesign.
Load-bearing beams can be installed overhead and out of sight or underneath
such as a case opening in between two rooms.
